For companies
Build clearer English into your team’s work.
Create a focused programme for one professional or one private team of two to six from the same organisation. The fee is USD 110 per scheduled 60-minute live contact hour.
Training that fits the work
Start with the work—not an off-the-shelf English syllabus.
Nicholas develops lessons around the situations your people need to handle: diplomatic briefings, international meetings, formal correspondence, guest conversations, service recovery, presentations, workplace decisions, technical explanations, processes and other role-specific tasks.
Programmes are available for individuals or one private team of two to six learners from the same organisation. A team shares an objective and timetable and works through one organisation coordinator. Learners should begin at similar levels; the minimum starting level is lower-intermediate.
- Live online lessons through Zoom at USD 110 per scheduled 60-minute contact hour
- 10-, 20- or 30-contact-hour programmes at USD 1,100, USD 2,200 or USD 3,300
- English for Diplomacy, Hospitality English, Business English or Engineering English focus
- Specialist materials prepared and adapted for the agreed learning focus
- Standard scheduling and lesson management, plus self-checking consolidation practice
- Concise one-to-one progress notes or, for a team, attendance tracking and one end-of-programme group summary
- Members-area support for brief course-related questions
- Optional focused writing feedback at USD 15 per submitted piece per learner
- A regular weekly time wherever possible
One fee covers the private team—not six separate programmes. Separate cohorts, extra individual or sponsor reports, individual make-up lessons and work beyond the shared programme are quoted separately.
Use real work context without sharing confidential information. Nicholas can work from anonymised examples and realistic tasks, so learners do not need to share confidential documents.
Before a proposal
Agree who the training is for and what it should achieve.
The free consultation clarifies the learners, priorities and practical scope before a programme is selected.
Clarify the need
Describe the roles, recurring situations and business priorities behind the request.
Confirm the team
Check each learner’s approximate level and confirm one shared objective, timetable and organisation coordinator.
Define the plan
Agree the course path, practical focus, programme length and a regular weekly time.
Review the proposal
Nicholas sends a written proposal setting out the agreed objectives, team assumptions, format, schedule and price. Where required, it also covers invoicing, cancellation terms and authorised reporting. Extra individual or sponsor reporting is identified and priced separately. Payment is arranged only after you approve it.
Review progress
Use the agreed attendance and progress information to understand what is improving and what comes next.
Information a buyer can use to approve the programme.
The proposal can set out the intended workplace outcomes, learner and group assumptions, scope and exclusions, delivery schedule, fees and payment terms, review and reporting arrangements, confidentiality and data handling, and the named contacts responsible for approval.
Responsible reporting
Clear progress information, shared responsibly.
Attendance records
Team programmes include a clear record of attendance.
Concise progress reporting
The team fee includes attendance tracking and one concise end-of-programme group summary. Extra individual or sponsor reports are separately scoped.
Learner permission
Reports are shared with an authorised employer or sponsor only with the learner’s permission.
Each learner receives a participation certificate after completing the programme.
